portfoliofromresume.com is an AI-powered tool that converts uploaded CV/resume PDF files into shareable portfolio web pages. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro subscription with additional features.
You may use the Service without an account, but creating an account allows you to manage your portfolios and access Pro features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including your CV and profile photo. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
Generated portfolio pages are publicly accessible by default. You are responsible for the content displayed on your portfolio. We reserve the right to remove any portfolio that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive.
The free tier allows you to generate up to 3 portfolio pages. Free portfolios include portfoliofromresume.com branding. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free tier at any time.
The Pro subscription is billed monthly at $4.99 USD. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at the email below. We do not offer refunds for renewal payments.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
Portfolio content is generated using AI (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing your portfolio and ensuring its accuracy before sharing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, portfoliofromresume.com and Eshant Manghnani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
