• Profile photo — If you choose to upload a profile photo, it is stored and displayed on your portfolio page.
• Account information — When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• Payment information — We do not store your payment details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who handle all billing data securely.
• Usage data — We may collect anonymised data about how you use the service, such as pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and display your portfolio website
• Provide and maintain your account
• Process your subscription payments
• Send you important service-related communications
• Improve and develop the service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Your CV data, portfolio content, and profile photo are stored on Supabase servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• OpenAI — Your CV is sent to OpenAI's API to extract and structure your resume data. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy.
• Supabase — Used for database storage and user authentication.
• Dodo Payments — Used to process subscription payments. We do not store your card details.
• Vercel — Used to host and serve the website.

5. Your CV and Personal Data

Your CV contains sensitive personal information. We only use your CV data to generate your portfolio. We do not sell, share, or use your CV data for advertising or marketing purposes. Your CV file is sent to OpenAI for processing and is deleted from OpenAI's servers immediately after extraction.

6. Portfolio Visibility

Your generated portfolio page is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. This includes all information extracted from your CV such as your name, work history, education, and skills. Please only upload CV content you are comfortable making publicly visible.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Delete individual portfolios from your dashboard at any time

8. Cookies
